Cancellation and Booking Policy

We require a valid credit card and a valid passport or government ID along with a signed credit card authorization form to accept and guarantee any reservations.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit payment is required when booking sixty plus (60+) days in advance to reserve a suite. Deposit will be charged to the guests 'credit card upon booking and the remaining balance will be due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

When booking less than sixty (60) days prior to desired date, guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation to guarantee the booking.

The guests' credit card will be charged at time of payment and is non-refundable once charged. However, because we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, your reservation is guaranteed for life. If a guest is unable to travel or must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances seven (7) days prior to check-in date, a voucher for the total value of the booking will be issued and is redeemable and/or transferable to a friend or family member for a future stay; subject to hotel availability. Should guest cancel less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date, additional documents may be required for the guest to receive a voucher. This voucher will be equal to the value of the current reservation with no expiration date.

Rates and Occupancy

The rate for one-bedroom suites is per double occupancy (2 people) any additional guest is $50.00 per night plus taxes and fees.

The rate for two-bedroom suite is per quadruple occupancy (4 people) any additional guest is $50.00 per night plus taxes and fees.

Any additional charge over standard occupancy will apply to guests seven (7) years or older.

  • TAXES: Room Tax 9% (Percent) per night
  • HOTEL FEES:15% (Percent) per night

IN-ROOM FEATURES

For your convenience, you are provided within your suite free WI-FI, a flat screen TV, an iPhone, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer and safe deposit box. Beach chairs & umbrellas are free for guests along with a complementary beach towel for your use during your stay. Also, please note that any missing items, lost keys, damage to the property and/or furniture and any residual payment transaction fees will be deducted from the security deposit or will be charged to credit card on file

EXCESSIVE CLEANING/SMOKING POLICY

Please note that a fee will be charged for extraordinary cleaning due to excessive trash, stained towels, including removal of smoke smells. All Suites are smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted outside on the beach and other designated areas. There is a cleaning fee of up to $750.00 for smoking inside suites.

REFUND POLICY

All reservations are non-refundable. A voucher for the total value of the booking will be issued and it is redeemable and/or transferable to a friend or family member.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Hotel will not refund for an early departure. During check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date.

IN-ROOM iPHONE

Phones are not to be removed from the suite. If damaged a fee of up to $250.00 and if lost a Replacement fee of up to $700.00. If power adapter and charging cable are missing a fee of $40.00 will charged to the credit card on file.

HOUSEKEEPING

Service is provided daily except for national holidays. Special needs or extra amenities are available upon request. If you do not want to be disturbed please use indication provided. Should you want service indicator must be posted no later than 12:00pm.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 pm! We will gladly make arrangements for an earlier check-in whenever possible.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am! This ensures housekeeping has adequate time to prepare the unit for incoming guests. If suite is not vacated by 12:00pm an additional day will be charged to the credit card on file.

SERVICE INTERRUPTION

EL Zafiro Boutique Hotel does not have any control over service interruptions of electrical, water, cable TV, and internet. These services are managed by third party providers. The Island can be subject to an occasional power outage.

KEYS

Guest agrees to return all keys to the management upon departure. A $300 lock change fee will apply to all lost or unreturned keys.

BEACH TOWELS/ CARDS

Each card is valid for one beach towel. When returning the towel ask for the card back. In case of loss the value of the towel or card is $30.00.

PARKING PERMIT TAG

Each rental car will receive one tag upon arrival. Please be sure to return it upon check-out, please be advised that a $10 fee will apply if not returned.

PETS

No pets or any animals are allowed inside any suite. Due to allergies of some of our guests it is especially important to not allow local animals inside. Security Deposit will be forfeited in total if a local cat or dog or animal is found inside the suite at any time.

HOTEL POLICY

Please do not hang clothing, towels or swimsuits on outside lounge chair, railings, or balconies, any Item found hanging will be remove and put away. Please do not move any furniture inside suite additional reset fee may apply.

LIABILITY

This property is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness' that occurs while on the premises or its' facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Upon accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
