Cancellation and Booking Policy

We require a valid credit card and a valid passport or government ID along with a signed credit card authorization form to accept and guarantee any reservations.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit payment is required when booking sixty plus (60+) days in advance to reserve a suite. Deposit will be charged to the guests 'credit card upon booking and the remaining balance will be due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

When booking less than sixty (60) days prior to desired date, guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation to guarantee the booking.

The guests' credit card will be charged at time of payment and is non-refundable once charged. However, because we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, your reservation is guaranteed for life. If a guest is unable to travel or must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances seven (7) days prior to check-in date, a voucher for the total value of the booking will be issued and is redeemable and/or transferable to a friend or family member for a future stay; subject to hotel availability. Should guest cancel less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date, additional documents may be required for the guest to receive a voucher. This voucher will be equal to the value of the current reservation with no expiration date.

Rates and Occupancy

The rate for one-bedroom suites is per double occupancy (2 people) any additional guest is $50.00 per night plus taxes and fees.

The rate for two-bedroom suite is per quadruple occupancy (4 people) any additional guest is $50.00 per night plus taxes and fees.

Any additional charge over standard occupancy will apply to guests seven (7) years or older.
